ERIC·AI provides AI-powered design patent risk detection tools for cross-border e-commerce sellers. Our services include:

  • Image-based patent similarity analysis
  • Risk scoring and grading (Red / Yellow / Green)
  • Visual comparison reports
  • Detection history management

3. Important Disclaimer

ERIC·AI provides risk indications based on visual similarity analysis. Our results do not constitute legal advice.

The system uses algorithmic models and available patent data sources for comparison. Results may contain inaccuracies. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect business decisions made based on our detection results. For high-risk products or legal matters, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified intellectual property professional.

4. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

The ERIC·AI platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and report templates, is owned by ERIC·AI. Images you upload remain your property. We use uploaded images solely to provide detection services and do not use them for model training in the MVP version.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our detection results without permission
  • Submit false or misleading information when using the service

7. Limitation of Liability

ERIC·AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall ERIC·AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
